Support Tools

This section brings together simple support tools designed to help make everyday life feel a little more manageable. You’ll find organisation templates (such as daily, mood, and monthly planners), space for notes and contacts, conversation and boundary scripts, and values-based tools to help clarify what matters to you. These resources are here to support structure without pressure. Use what’s helpful, leave what’s not, and come back whenever you need.

Printable Templates

This collection includes a range of simple, minimal templates, each saved as a separate PDF. Not everything here will work for everyone — and that’s okay. These tools are offered as options, not expectations. You’re invited to take what feels helpful, adapt what you need, and leave the rest.

The templates are designed in black and white to keep things simple, flexible, and easy to print, but you’re also welcome to use them as inspiration to create your own versions in Canva or another design space. Each category includes a variety of templates, so you can choose what fits you best, in your own way and at your own pace

Options & Ideas

This section brings together a range of gentle lists and ideas — things you can read, browse, or return to when thinking feels hard. These aren’t worksheets or tasks to complete, just collections of options you might find helpful in different moments.

Not everything here will resonate, and that’s okay. You’re invited to take what feels supportive, leave what doesn’t, and come back to these lists in your own time. The intention is to reduce the mental load by offering ideas in one place, so you don’t have to start from scratch when energy or capacity is low.
