Support Resources
This section brings together simple support tools designed to help make everyday life feel a little more manageable. You’ll find organisation templates (such as daily, habit, and monthly planners), space for notes and contacts, conversation and boundary scripts, and values-based tools to help clarify what matters to you. These resources are here to support structure without pressure. Use what’s helpful, leave what’s not, and come back whenever you need.
Printable Templates
This collection includes a range of free, simple and minimal templates, each saved as a separate PDF. Not everything here will work for everyone and that’s okay. These tools are offered as options, not expectations. You’re invited to take what feels helpful, adapt what you need, and leave the rest.
The templates are designed in black and white to keep things simple, flexible, and easy to print, but you’re also welcome to use them as inspiration to create your own versions in Canva or another design space. Each category includes a variety of templates, so you can choose what fits you best, in your own way and at your own pace.
TIP: print the templates on A5 paper (not sure why but it just feels more fancy haha)
Options & Ideas
This section brings together a range of gentle lists and ideas — things you can read, browse, or return to when thinking feels hard. These aren’t worksheets or tasks to complete, just collections of options you might find helpful in different moments.
Not everything here will resonate, and that’s okay. You’re invited to take what feels supportive, leave what doesn’t, and come back to these lists in your own time. The intention is to reduce the mental load by offering ideas in one place, so you don’t have to start from scratch when energy or capacity is low.
Words For When You Need Them
Sometimes finding the right words in tricky situations — whether it’s asking for support, setting boundaries, or responding to unhelpful comments — can feel overwhelming. Words for When You Need Them is a collection of scripts, examples, and gentle guidance you can use or adapt in real-life conversations. They’re designed to help you communicate your needs, protect your boundaries, and navigate challenging moments with compassion for yourself and others.
No matter your energy, your comfort level, or your situation, these words are here for you — to borrow, adapt, or simply inspire.

DBT Skills
These tools draw largely from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), a skills-based therapy that teaches practical ways to navigate intense emotions, distress, and relationships. The skills are organised into sections so you can find the kind of support that fits what you’re experiencing right now.
You might approach these tools with curiosity and gentleness. Different moments — and different parts of you — may need different kinds of support. This space is here to offer options, care, and guidance when things feel hard.

Spreadsheet Templates
How to Use the Templates
1. Click the download button: This will open up a "view-only" copy of the Google Spreadsheet. Don't worry if you can't type on it just yet!
2. Make your own copy: Click File in the top left-hand corner, then select Make a copy. This saves a completely private, fresh version directly into your own Google Drive that you can edit, change, and customise as much as you like.
Setting Up Home Checklist

Moving, organising, or starting fresh takes a lot of mental energy. This template is designed to do the heavy lifting for you so you don't have to remember every single little thing.
There is no "right" way to set up a home. Everyone's needs, budget, and lifestyle are completely different. If a pre-filled item doesn't make sense for your life, delete it!
If you need things that aren't here, add them! This is a flexible tool built to serve you, not a rulebook. Go at your own pace.
Grocery/Pantry Checklist
Deciding what to eat and wandering grocery aisles takes a massive amount of mental energy. This template does the heavy lifting so you can track your food without the brain fry.
Food is deeply personal. Everyone’s body, budget, culture, and lifestyle are completely different, so there is absolutely no judgment here. This is a flexible tool to make food a little easier for you, not a strict rulebook.
If the pre-filled items don't match how you eat, delete them! If you have specific dietary needs, allergies, or safe foods, add them in. Take what works and leave the rest!

Curious Paths to Joy: Recovery Activities Masterlist

If you are recovering from burnout, navigating mental health challenges, or feeling lost, welcome. When your battery is low, figuring out what you enjoy can feel like an impossible mountain to climb.
This list does the brainstorming for you. It’s a collection of hobbies, small moments, and activities categorised by how your body and mind actually feel right now. There is zero pressure to be productive, and you don't need a huge budget. Many ideas are completely free, use what you have, or can be sourced cheaply from an op shop.
Take what works, delete what doesn't, and go at your own pace.
Weekly Planner
This template brings your planner and habit tracker together into one simple space. Instead of jumping between different apps or notebooks, you can map out your weekly goals, organise your daily to-dos, and log your habits all in one central spot.
Each week add a new tab so you can start with a blank slate.
Feel free to take what works, leave what doesn't and customise it into a planner that works for you and your brain :)
